Founder & Vision
ŌLCZAK reflects the gaze of its founder, Irène Idil Olczak, a curator shaped by French, Turkish and Polish roots, based between Paris, Marseille (France) and Türkiye.
As a serial entrepreneur and creative director, she has spent over a decade crafting narratives and experiences across media, fashion, contemporary culture, and the world of wellbeing, weaving aesthetics, emotion, and intention into every project.
She is the co-founder, former CEO & creative director of PAUL·E, a French art and fashion magazine that she directed for over 15 years, as well as the co-founder of 11H11, a holistic studio based in the Marais, Paris. She also co-founded ESO Paris, an event agency dedicated to curating immersive esoteric experiences.
